COLLEGE GRADUATES WELCOMED! We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist to join our team. If you are interested in working in a fast paced environment where you work with clients across a multitude of industries, then this is the job for you. Ideal candidates should be familiar with Google Ads and have experience working within the Google Ads platform either from thier education or a prior job. This position will work with account managers, graphic designers, and video producers to craft Google advertisements that generate conversions and/or sales for clients.
Duties:
- Write ad copy
- Develop ad layouts for production team
- Create paid search, display, and video ads through Google Ads (you will have creative support from Graphic Designers, Web Designers, and Video Producers)
- Monitor advertisements daily and make adjustments to improve campaign performance
- Ensure any tracking tags or pixels are implements and functioning correctly throgh Google Tag Manager
- Attend client meetings with Account Managers from time-to-time
Requirements:
- 4-year degree in marketing, advertising, or communications OR proven experience in digital advertising

Job Responsibilities would include:
- Direct communication with internal Client Success Managers and creative team members on projects and client accounts
- Front end Website Design of both UI/UX
- Backend Website development and coding
- Setting up hosting, directories, and databases on dedicated servers
- Setting up and/or managing client email accounts on mail servers
- Website integrations with analytics and tracking cookies and pixels
- Website landing page design & development for specific marketing campaigns
- Updates to existing client Websites
Requirements:
- Knowledge of WordPress, basic HTML & CSS
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Cloud programs
