COLLEGE GRADUATES WELCOMED! We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist to join our team. If you are interested in working in a fast paced environment where you work with clients across a multitude of industries, then this is the job for you. Ideal candidates should be familiar with Google Ads and have experience working within the Google Ads platform either from thier education or a prior job. This position will work with account managers, graphic designers, and video producers to craft Google advertisements that generate conversions and/or sales for clients.
Duties:
- Write ad copy
- Develop ad layouts for production team
- Create paid search, display, and video ads through Google Ads (you will have creative support from Graphic Designers, Web Designers, and Video Producers)
- Monitor advertisements daily and make adjustments to improve campaign performance
- Ensure any tracking tags or pixels are implements and functioning correctly throgh Google Tag Manager
- Attend client meetings with Account Managers from time-to-time
Requirements:
- 4-year degree in marketing, advertising, or communications OR proven experience in digital advertising
- Familiarity Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and reporting
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies and implementation

Entry level position with growth opportunities. This position will work with lead web designer to help create visually appealing, user-friendly, responsive websites for clients, as well as maintain and update existing websites. Training provided.
Requirements
- Knowledge of WordPress, basic HTML & CSS
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and other Adobe creative suite programs would be bonus
- Typography and color scheme basics
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with others
- SEO familiarity
- Comfortable with Mac OS; Google Email, Drive and other apps; and work management software
